Trainees often need more support to complete our programs. To address their needs, we developed the Wellness Program in 2006 through a partnership with Rosalind Franklin University. The Wellness Program offers psychological assessments, individual and group therapies and case management services to our trainees.

Based on their individual needs trainees participate in parenting, anger management, leadership, life skills and individual or group counseling.

All trainees in our programs are required to undergo random drug testing. In addition, all trainees participate in an eight week course developed in partnership with Nicasa to foster positive decision making skills. High Risk behavior such as drinking, illegal drug use, family violence and inappropriate sexual activity are confronted in these sessions.
