Wellness Program

Trainees often need additional support to complete our programs. In order to address their needs, we developed a Wellness Program in 2006, through a partnership with Rosalind Franklin University. The Wellness Program offers psychological assessments, individual, and group therapeutic  services to our trainees.

Based on their individual needs, trainees participate in parenting classes, anger management, leadership development, life skills and individual counseling sessions.

All trainees in our programs are required to undergo random drug testing. In addition, all trainees participate in an eight week course developed in partnership with NICASA to foster positive decision making skills. High Risk behavior such as drinking, illegal drug use, family violence and inappropriate sexual activity are confronted in these sessions.
