Join a Committee or Coalition
The Board of Directors is divided into different committees and coalitions to help better serve YBLC.

The Construction Coalition is comprised of employees and owners of construction related businesses whom want to help further the mission of YBLC. This coalition allows YBLC to build valuable relationships with potential partners.
The Green Building Team is a subcommittee of the Construction Coalition. This team is focused on green building practices and ways YBLC and Lake County can implement these new techniques.
The Community Coalition is comprised of members of the community and other organizations in the county who are invested in bettering the lives of the youth in Lake County.
PR and Marketing Committee
The PR and Marketing Committee focuses on ways to better promote YBLC to the community. This committee works closely with the YBLC staff to create any publications for the agency.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee assists the agency in identifying new fundraising opportunities. This committee works with the Spring Benefit Committee and the staff when planning the Spring Benefit in the spring.
Spring Benefit Committee
The Spring Benefit Committee is responsible for assisting the YBLC staff in planning and executing the Annual Spring Benefit.
