2007 Spring Benefit: An Evening of Theatre

YouthBuild Lake County held its 2nd annual fundraising event,
The Spring Benefit: An Evening of Theatre on May 5, 2007. The
event was astounding success for us as we raised over $48,000!
Over 145 people attended the event, which was held at the North
Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie. The evening
included a cocktail reception and silent auction and was
followed by the performance of Forbidden Broadway: SVU.
The successful auction raised $11,000 and contained 30 items
including a trip to Vail, floor seats to a Chicago Bulls game, a
handyman for the day and dinner at local restaurants once a
month for one year.
